Hey all,

I have to write a 5 paragraph essay on a current event news artical for school and I was wondering if anyone could help me.

I know all of the obvious ones like 9/11 memorial and the debates and presidential speeches but my professor said that you get extra credit if you are the only one that writes about the topic of your choise.

I currently have a C in his class and he doesn't like me all that much so the brownie points would be nice.

If you can help me I will be very appreciative. (A link to the topic would be nice but I don't want to get greedy...)

What about the stuff going on with Gibson? Unless there are other musicians in your class it's doubtful anyone else even knows about it.

Here is a subject near and dear to me and so many others. With our country having so many wounded vets from our little war over in the middle east, the Department of Veterans Affairs is still under a hiring freeze while the existing veterans under the care of the VA have to make room for the newly wounded. This is not me saying anything derogatory towards my brothers and sisters in the military. This is me saying "really" I have to wait months to see my doctor and your not hiring any new staff yet your patient load has damn near doubled this decade.

Just ask I have so many other veterans related issues that some know about and others should know about. These are the men and women who said they would protect the Constitution of the United States of America, yet the same individuals are taking funding away from Veterans to fund their pork belly buddies.

In all honesty thats Henry side of the story and the justice department has not released their side of the story. I personally believe there is merrit to that investigation. I believe the Justice Department over reacted with the weapons part going into the investigation. Yet Gibson did get caught with illegal Ebony wood the last time; since the only American part about any Gibson guitar is the labor I would not be surprised if the wood taken this time was also illegal wood. No matter whos laws, US or Indian.
