If any of you have tickets for future travel on American Airlines please read the article below and consider it. I had two tickets already booked for December and got those exchanged just tonight (cost me $150). The airline is close to filing bankruptcy and if you hold tickets you very well could be shit out of luck if they file.
I think they are hedging for a government bailout but we will see. Not good because without American Airlines prices in certain markets are going to go way up. Ahh the American economy, hope and change baby.
