Who doesn't love smoked bbq. Ribs, brisket, pulled pork, etc etc. I myself just had half a rack of dry rub spare ribs. Its even better when you burp it up late night. Its like you get to have it twice.
Anyway, I was thinking of buying a smoker for next summer. I just know nothing about it. Don't really want to spend a lot of money. Looking for some help on the equipment and the cooking.
