JTM1 combo bulb

Postby TubeStack » 27 Mar 2018, 19:11

Well, it finally happened: the bulb went out on my beloved JTM1 combo. Love that amp so much and play it every day. Always had a feeling the light would go and would be difficult/impossible to replace.

Seems this guy couldn’t find a replacement:

Any advice? Am I totally out of luck?

Thanks

Thanks, Surf. I don’t see a match for the JTM1 on that site, though. They all look like Fender lights to me. Am I missing it?

From the page Surf linked. Don't know if it fits though.

Marshall® VINTAGE AMBER INDICATOR LIGHT - 120 VOLT.
Indicator light, round. 120 Volts. 3/8" mounting hole. Used in vintage Marshall® designs such as the JTM-45 and JTM-100 from the early 1960s. Also found in other vintage British amps. 120 volt lamp - designed to run off of the switched line voltage (North America only). Mounting nut is included.
Part #MPL-6010
