Boss NS2 in uncompensated loop

G'day folks, Hoping to run a NS2 in the uncompensated loop x cable style, as I use the compensated loop in parallel for my time based effects. Wondering if the uncompensated is in front of the compensated in the signal chain to preserve delay/reverb trails etc?? Thanks in advance!!

The uncompensated is after the compensated loop.

Interesting, I never saw it this way before. Usually I see:

Guitar
Gate Pedal Input
Gate Pedal Output
Overdrive Pedal
Amp Input

Amp Send
Noise Gate Return
Noise Gate Send
Effects Pedals
Amp Return

I might have to try this some day.

well, that's odd because the gate send and return must be between input and output... at least on all gate-like pedals with 2 inputs/2 outputs...

to me the schematic is the correct way

When i first picked up the pedal i hooked it up the other way and the results weren't very good. Then Papus clued me in and now it's great.
