6100lm lead channel problem 5881 version

Hi guys!
Im no to this forum but i hope that someone has encountered something similar to my problem.
The lead channel really lacks gain. Normally the gain should be really high but no.
If i put the gain down to zero the output volume goes down to almost not hearable.
then if i crank up the channel 3 volume low volume of distortion comes out.
I have already found several bad solderings on the preamp board and also on the power board.
