Found My Dream Tone

Postby Slashwannabe1 » 20 Jul 2009, 10:59

Me and My drummer were jamming last night and I finally got a mic that was worth a fk so I hooked it up and tweaked my VM controls a bit and I found the sweet spot!.

I knew it was an awesome tone playing the set live but When I listened back to it through Nero wave editor when I don't have to concentrate on playing I was blown away by its presence on record and I instantly got goose bumps! Just for this 3:49 seconds alone the VM was worth every penny x1000 just for this sound. This is the sound I always wished for and I finally got it with the VM!.

I hope you enjoy the VM's hard Rock tone as much as I do. This amp kicks ass!!!!

Nothing gives me a bigger boner than a Marshall squealing like a pig when you roll up the volume knob.

Right on! Love the lower mids on the chords and the solo notes cut through perfectly! Nice playing too!

Thats what I love about the VM as well. The way it cuts through the soundscape. I can't wait to try it out in a band setting... should be fun.
Lots of raw energy in your playing. Cool stuff !
