New Code 25

Postby ewgrif76 » 19 May 2017, 15:26

For a little bedroom amp, this thing is pretty awesome, for what it is, it is worth every penny. Most of the Marshall sounds are close enough to be satisfying, for the bedroom...... But most of the presets are horrible, had i been a novice looking at this amp and just tried a few presets i would have walked away and never wanted to try this amp again. Marshall is definitely losing sales on this amp because of the presets, at least on the 25 watt. lol whoever listened to most of these presets (on the 25) and said "Wow, ya, that sounds great, start production" should be fired immediately, they have cost Marshall thousands of dollars.

As always tones are subjective. There were many guys at Marshall that made those presets using their guitars, your mileage will vary.

Glad you like it, the amp is meant to be tweaked to get the sound you like. You have a lot of options. Welcome to the Roadhouse.
