Since the amp only has one speaker out your options are pretty much this:
One single speaker 16 ohm cab.
2x12 with two 8's for a 16 ohm total.
4x12 with four 16's for a 16 ohm total.
Any other cabinet with 10 or 8 inch or whatever size you want that stays at the same ohm rating can be used.
i would not use any type of "y" splitter to attempt another configuration as these are mostly intended for small signal applications, not the handling of output power as these are normally shielded cables whereas speaker cables are un-shielded.
