Using an EFX switcher, Advice/Help

Postby Loupy » 06 Feb 2019, 21:45

Hi Guys,
I have recently purchased a DSL40 CR, I want to use the effects loop, which is no problem when using the 6 position floor switch.

I have also purchased a pedal switcher which has the ability to switch on and off the EFX loop on the amp as well as switch channels and such using the 4 trigger outs, which i believe plug into the floor pedal socket on the back of the amp and can be programmed to switch the amps features on and off as desired.

I have no idea on how to set this up, dont want to do any damage to the amp.

Any help would be much appreciated .

Cheers Peter :cowbell

I have the palmer pffx. You can switch or mix between two pedals or multi-effects. It is passive, the battery is only for illuminating the LEDs. I connect the input to the send of the amp and the output to the return of the amplifier. In the send / return outputs the effects.
