Here's what I THINK I'll be using live on a pedal board.
The ADA MXC has now got the new switches installed, and works quite nicely.
On the other hand, I do agree about the FCB1010 switches being farther apart... I'm not just not sure I want to take it apart and mod it so I can cut it down to get rid of the extra/useless foot controllers, move the circuit board and connectors over & so forth over, make the holes for the connections, or whatever else I need to do... really, I just want to play my damn guitar.
I had to have a new wood box built for my JMD102... that's almost done and ready to cover with the tolex, etc. Sigh. I'll post the pics for all that too, eventually, starting with the destroyed MDF original cabinet. Time consuming and costly, but I really do like how this amp sounds more and more every time I fool with it. Since this JMD foot controller was in the bottom of the original box, it got crunched too, and I had to take it apart and straighten the side metal out, repair the jack, etc. I will say, these Marshall JMD foot controllers are made out of some heavy steel, and are apparently quite tough.
