Always heard that the bottom cabs have more bass feeling to them. Maybe cause of a slightly larger cab interior or maybe cause of the direction of the speakers. I know AC/DC only use bottoms and stack them on top of each other. KC/DC only uses bottom cabs as well! (Shameless plug...) Seriously thou...

I think I have a solution. I talked to Avatar, and the purpose of the dual inputs on the cabs is so that cabs can be daisy chained. So if you wanted to run 2 cabs, you take a single output from your head, run it into one of the inputs on one cab, then run another speaker cable from the OTHER input ...

D2F Covers are really nice. They are on E-Bay and I have one for my 2266C. They are padded enough to protect your amp from most small bumps and are well made. All I am doing is using the low dynamic range for rhythm and then footswitching to high dynamic range for leads. Louder, and more gain, which is typically what I want for my leads.
