Ahhahahahah :laugher ..this amp is Like Yngwie Malmsteen...some people really hate him!!! other love!! but i don't know where is the problem...you can have a normal plexy1959 with EPA on 100% or an attenuated amp where is no possible to unleash it at max power! (maybe everywhere ?? ) only in one amp...

..Of course.. LOUD IS BETTER!!!! Always and for every amp!!! but EPA is a good thing to have a bedroom amp , stadium amp and pub amp only in one! with the sound of a Plexy

The Winged C is the first choice of course, but really really the most expansive.... I think I'll try the shuguang el34b they are really cheap...but really dunno how they work. hope well

ok... if someone knows what power tube are in stock in this head ,can notice me??? I'd like them , and I'd like to replace the same tubes when them ends.

Yeah friend...really...I'm talking about the "dod yjm 308" , the black one.....to be onest is the boost with more treble I've ever heard.

The built-in booster is nothing more than Dod yjm 308 (I've got it and it's really the same things)....so I think it's just for malmsteen "cutting tone" fans...(bear in mind that it's a signature head) ...but you can use the YJM 100 like a simply classic "Plexy" head , with your favorite overdrive o...

so..i'm sure that the amount of EPA used change the eq of sound...by the way, I heard a fizzy sound on tail of note ONLY if I used the channel jumped, with boost...I think for the best Yngwie tone You must use his booster , only channel 1 ...the eq depend by the EPA, for NO-Yngwie tone (hendrix, ac/...

Oh..if you try to read this or other forum you can easily read that many people have problem with this head...so mine work perfectly and repeat I love it...
