Longevity will depend on how often you play it and how much it is cranked. Just Google the type of power amp tubes(12au7, 12at7, etc) . There's plenty of retailers out there.

I have the Class 5 and the JTM1. The Class 5 is definitely louder in its low power mode vs the JTM1. Keep in mind (and i am sure i have read this somewhere) that the JTM1's low power mode is supposed to be lower than .1 watt. It's like .0something. Put it this way.
