Thanks!
It's pretty simple. I'm using my Jackson RRT Elite with a seymour duncan sh-4 in the bridge. I have a boost before the amp and an eq that cuts a bit of the lower frequencies.
Heres a clip where I had the chance to crank the master a bit... it was on 4 and the walls were shaking haha! https://dl.dropbox.com/u/14735625/RIFFS/peki%20stuff/samplew/crashcourse.mp3 The riff is crash course in brain surgery by budgie, ''metalized'' by metallica. Boosted with a Digitech Bad Monk...
Thanks! I'm really happy with my tone but I just wanna really nail it! Heres a test between my Jackson with Seymour Duncan SH-4 and LTD with Emg's... If I could fit those emgs in my jackson then it would be the perfect guitar... https://dl.dropbox.com/u/14735625/RIFFS/peki%20stuff/seymourvsemg.mp3 B...
Thanks for replying.
I have the 100 watt version. And I'm not into modding, changing tubes is the place where I set the line. :D
I believe a Tungsol in the V2 would help a bit. Will the tone change if I put a different tube in V3?
The title says pretty much all of it. On HDR the distortion is a bit ''loose'' for my taste. And a tad more gain would be also nice :P A boost helps, but whatever :yea I know that much that the V1 is overall and then the V2 is the HDR. I would still like a pretty clean sound on the LDR. What about V...
Just to inform you guys that i havent had a chance to crank the amp yet! When i have band rehearsal, ill hear what it really will sound like! More clips will come.
