ok. so, if you want studio sound at home- clear and precise- for your amp, what mic do you use and what do you record to? the zoom i was referring to was the zoom h2n, or similar. maybe that's a simple good way of doing things? the only mic i heard lots of is Shure SM-58. one of my fav movie scenes ...

i think i would like to get the jmp1- depends on how much grunt i can get out of it at lower volume? tossing up at the moment: vht ultra special 6 the valve ( bimbo ). dr z mini z i've already let go jmp1 at half price, class 5 head as new really cheap... hope i get the right one. the jtm-1 is great...

no. marshall doesn't need to pump up foreign made products. there's a glut of amps all over the world. everything's over produced- tv's, cars, stereos, phones ( that's why everything's going bust ). you name it- it's over-produced! marshall just needs to maintain it's integrity. eventually, everyone...
