A few years back i played one for only ten minutes in a guitar store....
Still think about getting one as a grap and go amp.
What i remember:

Even with volume on 1 it is extremely loud. What i red in reviews is
the volume pot is so so....
Beautifull full and round clean that is somewhere between a fender
and a marshall.
Reverb is subtle compared to a fender.
Reverb and tremolo is solid state and not tube driven.
incrediable blues amp .On you tube there is a comparison between
this amp and a fender twin custom 15, both amps have a 15'' speaker.
For blues the peavey has more mojo.
Great bang for the buck and the amp comes from usa missisippi home
of the blues.

They come in a 2-10" and a 1-15" version. It is supposed to b very similar to the Classic 50 which is a good amp. I know the 1-15" version uses the same size cab and tolex etc. I believe it is 4 el84's for power just like the Classi 50 . The price asking is not bad if its in at least average shape. Check out Ebay an you will see what Classic 50's and a few Delta Blues Go for. I believe the 2-10" is smaller.

Some more research may tell you if its voiced liek a classic 50 or classic 30.

I had one not to long ago. It sounded decent on some recording I made. It was the 2x10. I could never get past the cheap tweed covering fit and finish and all. I like my class 5 much better.
Amps; Marshall 2266 VM with 1960TV 4x12, Fender 1973 Super Reverb, Marshall class 5. Guitars; Gibson Les Paul standard, Warmoth frankin strat. SeaGull Accoustic. Rockin Tha Blues.
