Is your modded for EL34´s or is it an early amp that originally came with EL34´s? My 50W i had in the 90´s i bought new just when it came out in 1993 and it had 5881 valves. Much to my and the shops surprise

Mine came with the el34 stock from the factory, it had el34's in it when I bot it, I asked my tech if they were stock when I put the JJ's in it and he said yes they were stock, he said it was more valuable than the version without the el34's.

Don´t know if it´s more valuble. It´s an easy change to EL34´s for a tech. It´s just a couple of resistors and some caps that have to be changed and a bias adjust.

Had a rehearsal with my newly bought 2100 SL-X amp yesterday and it sounded real good. Great amp indeed.

Yeah i can easily get a clean tone with just rolling down the volume on my guitar. And the two masters are so good. All amps should have this.
