fucked it right up!

Well i've dropped a bollock here guys, I very stupidly plugged the speaker cable into the fx loop socket instead of the speaker jack and fired it all up and a slight tick and now no sound only on clean channel,no sound on od or lead channels,have changed all the valves and still no sound,on od or lead
What the fuck have i done?

Connect it up the way it should be then check the fuses. If you lucky you may have just blown a fuse.

tried the fuses the mains and the HT were ok but i'll pull the guts out and check the fuse on the board ,thing is i'm getting clean channel and non of the others?? done all the tubes aswell
my own fault really spending all afternoon in the pub and than fucking about with a amp is not cool
