Help needed on info on vintage Marshall mini mixer

Postby genesis1 » 02 Jul 2010, 04:17

Hi,
I'm currently going through some gear I was left by a relative. I have a Marshall mini mixer, I think its 70's, but thats all I know. I don't see a number on it or anything.Looking to get more info on it and value it.

Welcome to the forum genesis1. :Thumbs

This post does not belong in a 'Vintage Modern Discussion'.

Interesting that your carpet looks the same as a certain Japanese collector who once sent me some photos of obscure Marshall equipment! :think

Well, I'm not japanese, I'm in the UK. Where would a vintax mixer info help be posted then, if not in a vintage section? Just trying to find out about it.

The 'Vintage Modern' is a specific amp not a general discussion. :winking

That mini mixer is something we built many years ago which is obsolete now. We don't offer valuations on old equipment but you could try pitching it on eBay and see what happens. It certainly won't carry the same value as old valve amps because for one thing it is solid state and another it wasn't very popular.

I wasn't implying you were Japanese, I just had a touch of Deja Vu back there. :bgrin
