Excellent playing from Norifumi Shima of the Japanese band 'Concerto Moon'. Very Malmsteenesque!!

You know what, if people are not convienced that the JMD1 kicks ass after listening to those clips then I can't explain it to them. The guy is a hell of a guitar slinger for sure but I know these tones he is getting it it is all the JMD1. Also it shows just how good the XLR works for recording, it is a wet dream to record and I have a Royer 121.

The last song I did using preamp 13 work absolutly perfect, there is even a lead solo I did on my last song where I rolled back the Les Paul and you can hear how nice it cleaned up.... digital my ass.

Hey what is he saying about the 2466 in one of those sound clips?

Translation of that phrase from Shige himself; -

Norifumi's regular amp is a 2466 so he says about the JMD; -

“As I hold the high middle range of my amp (VintageModern2466) dear, I played Overdrive9 comfortably very much”

Shige has also very kindly offered to translate specific articles from the Japanese blog related to the JMD demos.

I think that would be so great! Thanks Shige. :Thumbs :Cheers

great clips!
am waiting for the translation cos i'm not getting the amount of saturation he is getting (at least not on pre-amp 7). my limited japanese (if any at all) seem to reveal that his od pedal is always on but with the gain set to zero. i assume he is therefore boosting the front end with his tube screamer?
kidd

I have been waiting for an opprotunity to try this new amp for myself but just have not seen one yet. These sound clips are making a hell of a case to buy this amp before I even demo it. Assuming the clips were all the JMD1 with no pedals that was pretty amazing.

Looks like they changed their website and the link to the demos are gone. To bad, those demos were really good.
