Cleans up well and a lot of gain but awfully compressed. Kind of acts like the detail/body on the VM. Doesn't sound bad at all.

Tim @ RambleFX is a great guy, I have one of his Twin Benders and excellent built quality. Good customer service too.

Of course I have a YJM so the Marvel Drive isn't really needed...

I got one of these about a month ago. Very good sounds lurking inside this pedal. I still havent figured out all the sounds available. Normal vol is alot darker than the high treble as you would expect but with this setup it can be matched to different pickups and amps

Nice demo. Sounds as close as one might get to the real thing in a little box.
Now if I just didn't have a plexi... :bgrin

I dont own a plexi (but my 1974x has a plexi panel, so does this pedal!!) I run it into a clean amp and it reminds me of a few plexis that i played years ago. It does a good approx. for my basement playing

I had quite a few Marshall in a box pedals and this one sounds pretty impressive. You gotta love the look of it. The newest version has a prescence knob on it.
Not sure that it really needs it but it may give you some more options. I like the simplicity of it. The less knobs the better.
I contacted Tim at Ramble vetry cool guy I got one on order. I plan on using it through my Vibro Kings.
