Boost switch THE DOGZ

Postby bluesbrother » 19 Sep 2008, 11:58

Hi,
As promised to you and especially Faze i would tell what i think about my
second boostswitch pedal >>the dogz.
It is a tubescreamer/OD1 kind of pedal with germanium transistors so it sounds so fat yet clear.
My treblebooster from boostswitch i like with my les paul (neck pickup)to get a mindblowing
bluessound, so not so versatile and probably not everybodys cup of tea. But the dogz works
great with all my guitars as on low as high range.
I you think the fulltone OCD or the lovepedal COT50 (which i sold) is the shit, you would be
amazed that there is a pedal that is so much better. The fun part is that it is very cheap.
you can only buy them on ebay .If you try one give Andy my regards.
All the best. :D

I played these pedals all weekend.
The fourty year old germanium transisors does something to your sound i was
always searching in other pedals. Its like a very mild fuzz and lots of clarity at
the same time. The amp opens up and breathes much better and it sounds so
good that you feel like you are not playing with a pedal.
This guy really knows what he is doing because in his pedals he only uses the
ultimate parts. He has a small bussiness and i think there is no way to get access
to big quantities of these parts.I plan to get all his pedals before prices go up.
