Ok, now I want an AFD100

So caught Slash on Friday night and I have to say I was seriously impressed with that amp. I tend to shy away from anything that is a signature model, but that really was just a fantastic tone he had and he just had a ton of balls with his sound. Don't get me wrong, I love the VM and will be keeping both of them, but I really am thinking I want an AFD100 now. I am just pissed I didn't preorder as I think the US supply is all presold at this point. Am hoping with the delay to the US that someone will get impatient and cancel their order. Heh.

The power scaling is really what I would like too. I keep toying with getting a Class 5 or something just for jamming at the house when the wife and kids are home, but that may eliminate the need for that, which would be nice.

There will be amps availible (March), but best to call your retailer and get on their list.

Surf, I did. I also talked to Musician's Friend and GC and both say they have filled all pre-orders. They said the newest date from Marshall is March 31st. I have one more local place to check, but am not too optimistic at this point. I'll keep you posted.
