I'm Mike.
I took delivery of my 2266C yesterday after work and was able to play around with it for about an hour before family stuff got in the way.

I've been a KT66 fan for a while now. I had a 1962 Bluesbreaker back in 1997 that I converted to KT66s and swapped out Weber VST's version of Vox Alnico Blues for the Greenbacks. Loved that amp, but I sold it to buy a Dr. Z Route 66 head and Jenkins Sound Shop 2x12 cabinet. Loved that one too, but the motorcycle bug hit and I sold the amp/cab to finance a bike several years ago.
Since then, I've been playing my R7 Les Paul through a Hot Rod Deluxe that I put a Weber VST Californa 12 in and retube with a combination of NOS and better tubes. I like it a lot, but I have been keeping it at my church (where I do all my playing). I decided I needed a new amp to play at home and wanted to get something that used KT66's and had a more vintage tone. I mostly play clean or with a slight bit of breakup.
So far I'm satisfied with the 2266, although I'm reserving final judgment until the speakers break in and I have more time to play around. I'm sure the power tubes are biased too cold, like most amps from the factory. My experience with the Chinese KT66 is they sound best when they are running hot. I can tell the VM is probably biased too cold since the amp barely gets warm. My 1962 faceplate was pretty hot after a couple hours playing.
Also, I thought a foot switch was included, or is that only with the head?
Anyway, I haven't had time to read a lot of posts, but I will be here every day digging for gold.
