Thanks Surf. He (Jeffy) is my buddy. I actually had to cut his umbilical chord when he was born due to complications and we've been together ever since. My wife calls him "the golden child" because he's so spoiled. He is half Shih Tzu and half Schipperke.

Nicky was a gift from my father. Great pet. Weighed about 10 lbs. when we got him and now weighs about 80. He's an African Sulcata, just like they have at the zoo, and he will outlive my son. Keeps the grass in my backyard trimmed and takes care of the weeds too! We call him the "rock dog" because he thinks he's a dog.

Your German Shepherd is beautiful. I've always like them but never had one.

BTW, this is my dads dog. Her name is Sahara and they are now enjoying retirement together:

I am glad that your Dad kept her, so many Greyhounds are put down when they are no longer of use at the track, to me people who hurt dogs are the same people who have no respect for human life either. I don't take kindly to those people...

Buddy's a German Shorthair Pointer. He's looking rather nasty in the pic as he's trying to pluck a badminton birdie out of the air, but actually he's very docile. He ALWAYS leaves the room when I turn on the VM, must be the volume, couldn't possibly be my playing. :nope
