I was wondering if you can hook a 1w 50th amp setted @0,1 watts in front of a JMP, JCM etc it would be a great match, is that possible?? someone tried it ??

As long as you have it in the 0.1watt mode you can do it. Problem would be it you would have two preamps then feeding the power section. I know it works in the loop well if you go guitar>JTM1 in>JTM1 Speaker out set to 0.1watt>FxReturn. This way IMO is the best way to run it if you want to further amplify the JTM1.

Of course you would have no guitar pluged into the input of the amp you are feeding. I suppose looking at a pedal and a preamp can be the same thing so I am sure it would work, just have no idea how it would sound.

Tried it that way also, just out of curiosity. On the JTM at least, it didn't sound so good, and sounded horrible with most of the pre-amps. There were a couple of clean channels that it sounded barely OK. It might work out better with a different amp though.
