Wow man, Paul's gotten a lot more musical over time w/his composaitions... this is like a tasty old Yngwie blast from the mid-eighties, and a killer fat tone to go with it.

Yeah he's one of the few shredders I've listened to who injects soul and feeling into shred where it's not all speed technique. Great stuff. I like his Guitar World lessons too.

Oh man you gotta check out Marty Friedman! his solo stuff is THE most melodic shred you'l hear!

haha was tryin to think of a gud clip to post and i think this one, altho not really shreddin, would be most appropriate! you bein a hendrix fan n all! ha! he's really melodic but also uses exotic soundin stuff! this doesnt really show his style so much as its a hendrix cover but you can get the idea.

plus another. love this song.
Everybody seems to think i'm lazy.

Its a very nice tune.I like very much.I'm really really excited for the new disc.I believe there is a recent interview with Paul on Lick Library that shows his pedal board and he talks about the Marshall's he's using.I got it from CD Japan and haven't gotten any emails yet.
